With over two decades of sales, marketing, and leadership experience, across different industries, Jon Bailey brings a seasoned perspective to the Fluence Factor podcast. As host, he leverages his connections, his love of serving others, and his propensity to make things happen to draw out not only insightful commentary, but actionable advice on how to do more good and bring more meaning to the lives of his listeners.
Currently a partner of Fluence Circle, Jon has established himself as a respected advisor and connector who has the gift of accelerating the trust-building process between strangers.
He, with his wife and four children are privileged to live centrally located between a small town university and three world-famous vacation spots (they enjoy a spectacular view of the Grand Tetons). Jon is heavily involved in church and civic affairs. His family enjoys the outdoors, from hiking, to snowmobiling, to riding horses. If there’s one sport they’re involved in as a family – whether winter, spring, summer, or fall – it’s basketball.
